The session begins with a full body assessment including range of motion (ROM) testing. The treatment will include a range of soft tissue therapy, trigger point work combined with traditional massage techniques to balance your musculature and leave you performing at your best.
Following treatment, home care exercises /stretches will be provided tailored to your specific needs. Please scroll down to see the prices for our services.
